Oil on Canvas

          Here below are some of my paintings, which I have chosen among the many I have been painting so far. This hobby of mine started while I was attending the “Scuola Media” when I wanted to transfer on canvas what my mind urged to realize with my hand’s help besides a palette and colours.

I must confess that this passion has been increasing year after year alternating the paintings of landscapes, every day’s moments, little details striking my mind. Those are flashes where a detail, a characteristic fore-shorting, the unusual tone of a sky, a shadow hit your eyes; everything seem to do its best to become conspicuous to memory.

I have preferred my personal interpretation to the focus of a camera as a better opportunity to leave a mark on a white canvas with endless colours.
